Job Description:

  • 8+ years of experience in in deploying and supporting the PlainID Authorization Platform, responsible for ensuring successful implementations, providing advanced technical support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and configure the PlainID Authorization Platform according to clients' requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients' IT teams to understand the requirement for roles and policies to be configured and integrate with applications and microservices.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to PlainID implementations and test the policies based on the business requirement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Lead and guide support teams in resolving complex issues and architecting effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest PlainID features, updates, and best practices to provide proactive support and guidance to clients.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring the PlainID Authorization Platform or similar Authorization solutions is essential. This includes a deep understanding of PlainID's features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in authorization solution and understanding of roles, policies and groups for the configuration of authorization policies based on different conditions.
  • Ability to integrate PlainID with clients' existing IAM infrastructure, applications, and systems. This includes experience with API integrations, identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and directory services.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automating tasks, customization, and integration efforts within the PlainID environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IAM platforms such as Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM, and their integration capabilities with PlainID.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulations.
  • Experience in implementing access governance controls within PlainID
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
