JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Cloud Platform Technical Lead to oversee the migration of our client's internal restaurant operations applications from Azure to Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly GCP, and possess excellent leadership and technical skills to guide a team through this complex migration process.



"• Lead and manage a team of developers and cloud engineers in migrating internal restaurant operations applications from Azure to Google Cloud Platform

• Develop and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations

• Design and architect cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP services and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards throughout the migration process

• Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud development and operations

• Continuously evaluate and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability

• Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and industry trends, recommending improvements as necessary"

"• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services and architecture

• Solid understanding of HTML and JavaScript

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills"

"• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins

• Knowledge of Angular framework

• Previous experience migrating applications from other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) to GCP

• Relevant GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Developer)"
