Job Key Responsibilities:

Strong working knowledge in on-premises administration; cloud skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Linux environment or administration.
Experience in product or package installation on Linux.
Installation and verification of plug-ins.
Installation and verification of SSL certificates.
Experience in Appian application and patch moves.
Database support experience.
Hands-on experience in shell scripting.
Troubleshooting skills.
Application development experience using Appian.

Essential Skills:

Good knowledge of AWS/Azure Cloud and DevOps.
Knowledge of containerization, preferably Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), preferably MS Azure.
Network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, Wireshark, VPN).
Programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
Knowledge of RDBMS platforms and database concepts, preferably MS SQL Server.
 


Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform support, preferably with a focus on Appian.
Strong technical proficiency in Appian platform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
