Skills Required;

Skills & Responsibilities:

1) Strong expertise in AWS DevOps and CI/CD implementation
2) Thorough knowledge of cloud-native development & AWS well-architected framework
3) Experience with Docker
4) Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
5) Familiar with complex event processing and event-driven architecture
6) Cloud Migration Experience - AWS-> Compute, Storage and Networking. 
7) CI/CD Pipeline - GitHub Actions
8) Monitoring - Grafana & Prometheus Alerting 
9) AWS EKS
- Kubernetes core concepts Deployment, ReplicaSet, DaemonSet, Statefulsets, Jobs. 
- Managing Kubernetes secrets Ingress Controllers (Nginx, Istio etc) 
- cloud native load balancers Managing Kubernetes storages (PV, PVC, Storage Classes, Provisioners) 
- Kubernetes Networking ( Services, Endpoints, DNS, LoadBalancers)
- Managing resource quotas
- Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting for Kubernetes cluster using Open source monitoring tools like Loki and Grafana, Prometheus. 
- Configuring and maintaining/ supporting a large scale Docker based environment using kubernetes. 
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Docker and kubernetes environment.

10) Excellent skills in Terraform (IaC)
11) Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
12) Implement pre-designed solutions from BMW.
13) Infrastructure related DB provisioning & support.
14) Fix cloud security vulnerabilities.
15) Manage RBAC, Firewall, DNS, Certificate & Backup Management on AWS
