Platform Support Engineer

Job Description:

•5+ years of Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows
•Hands on experience in working as SRE/Platform Support Engineer
•Hands on experience in Helios, DevOps, Release Engineering, Configuration Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Automation related tasks
•Willingness to work in the Application Support space
•Prior RBC environment experience will be a big plus
•Hands on experience of version control platforms such as GitHub
•Strong experience of build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
•Experience working with deployment tool like UCD
•Hands on experience on deploying application on cloud platform like OCP and PCF is an advantage
•Linux/Unix admin experience is an advantage
•Public and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, ELK) will be an advantage
•Knowledge about SQL Server DB, MQ, Kafka and monitoring tools like Dynatrace
