PLC Automation

Duties Responsibilities: More than 7 years of PLC / L2 Automation Experience Capable of doing automation discovery / fit gap assessment to recommend any additional hardware modules required to be deployed for connectivity Hands on experience and PLC programming with Allen Bradley. Siemens, Mitsubishi, KEBA and Omron models Hands on experience working knowledge on QR scanner and RFID integration Good understanding hands on experience in creating PLC templates for Mitsubishi, Siemens Omron etc. Experience with industry standard communication protocols such as OPC, Ethernet IP, Modbus, REST API etc. Familiar with SNMP traps and SCOM monitoring system. Should have good skills in online / offline deployment of PLC code for the machines in shoo floor with minimal downtime. Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause for the machines. Should have experience in the integration between machines and MES systems. Knowledge of OPC and OPC Router with Mongo DB and / or influx DB integration. SQL skills with MS SQL Server preferred. Basic understanding of Apriso Machine Integrator is a plus
