PLM Business Analyst

Job Summary:
The Agile PLM Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the integration between Oracle Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP MES systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data across product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning, and manufacturing execution systems. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity and compliance of product data which supports business operations, manufacturing processes, and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in system configuration, integration, and data governance in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions between Agile PLM, SAP S/4HANA ERP, and SAP MES, ensuring smooth data flow for critical product information.
• Configure and customize Agile PLM and SAP systems to meet evolving business needs and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Manage product lifecycle data governance processes to support compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, working closely with IT and functional teams to resolve system discrepancies and performance problems.
• Oversee data synchronization and product lifecycle workflows to support operations across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Must-Have Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM and integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA and SAP MES.
• Strong background in data governance and compliance in regulated industries.
• Expertise in using integration tools and middleware for system customization.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience in medical devices, automotive, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
