PLM Functional Consultant

Role & responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience with PLM process knowledge
• Large scale PLM COTS product implementation.
• Implementation experience in 3Dexperience Enterprise Change Management implementation, Variant and Configuration Management.
• APQC process knowledge especially on Change Management CMII, Configuration Management.
• Aerospace Domain and Process Knowledge
• TOGAF Framework knowledge

Technical Skills:

• An Engineering Bachelor's Degree/Master’s degree or similar.
• Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and / or a IT consulting firm
• Good understanding of PLM system, associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, Change Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc
• Establish a unified change processes across domains that clearly communicate change decisions across all impacted organizations
• Establish a set of standards and change procedures for the entire enterprise to follow
• Orchestrate and synchronize change scenarios from product governance to work-in-process activities while maintaining strict controls and traceability
• Support a consistent, systems-based, multi-discipline change process
• Ensure a full assessment of a proposed change is done to avoid costly changes that do not have overall benefits to the organization and company.
• Hands on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE/EnoviaV6
• Understanding of Aerospace / Automotive design and change management process
• Part of large PLM implementation/ PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill
