Required Knowledge/Skills

 

  • At least 12 years of experience in architecting Teamcenter PLM solutions with strong Requirements Gathering, Functional and implementation knowledge and Customer Management skills.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing domain to understand how configuration of OOTB vs customizations would fare for different product companies within the same organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PLM process and principles and experience in working within a PLM team as a Process Consultant to help in blueprint creation for business – across streams like part classification, EBOM-MBOM, Requirement Management, Change Management etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of various integration methodologies to integrate Teamcenter with multiple Upstream, Downstream & Legacy applications.
  • At least 8+ years of experience/ deep functional knowledge with PLM - Siemens Teamcenter & Working knowledge of MCAD/ECAD/ERP/MES/CRM
  • Knowledge and understanding of engineering & manufacturing processes.
  • Possess a strong business and customer focus with the ability to interact and influence users and senior management.
  • Detailed development of specification documents for development requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/initiatives for solution design concurrently.
  • Experience with a deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
  • Must be a self-starter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
