PL/SQL Developer

Job Description:

This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation and support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate Technical Design by leveraging functional requirement documents and design specifications
· understand the business requirement and Code development, unit testing and prod deployment as per Project standards.
· Document current state Technical workflows across the business areas defined in the summary and design end to end strategic workflows meeting key business and operational needs
· Lead the preparation and coordination of integration and user acceptance
· Build and Deploy activities across multiple applications and Business and Application Analysts, ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

· BS / BA in Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Accounting, Math or related technical area
· 5+ years of strong programming skills in Oracle PL / SQL Procedures , Functions , Cursors, writing complex SQL Queries.
· Should have good working experience on data warehousing, creating Tables , Synonyms , Views , Global Temporary Table, Explain plan.
· Oracle PL/SQL, Table partitions, sub partitions, Indexes, sql Loaders, oracle Hints,olap/oltp,ctl files,types of delimiters used in data files, Analytical functions, gather stats, local vs Global index etc
· Strong experience in using Index , Hints , Joins , Sequences.
· Experience in ETL, bulk collect , bulk bind operators and collections , Exception Handling.
· Strong Experience in SQL Queries performance tuning using Explain plan
· Experience in SQL Loader , External Table, Materialized Views and UTL_FILE package.
· Strong knowledge of Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) processes using UNIX shells scripting , SQL , PL / SQL and SQL Loader.
· Good knowledge in understanding reports and provide optimal solution to resolve performance issues
· Strong communication and presentation skills to provide new feature demos to project stakeholders
· Excellent interpersonal skills; strong desire to move projects forward and be proactive
· Preferred - Experience with cloud services like Azure, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub, CI/CD, Agile tools, DevOps, Source control and versioning tools.
