•Client would like to see candidates with: 70% PLSQL and 30% .net background 
•This will be a heavy PL/SQL Developer with light .NET
•Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Development with Architecture design and performance tuning 
•May rearchitect current on prem integration to interface to the cloud 
•Next they need .NET Core experience in that vertical they need to migrate all .net to the cloud 
•PL/SQL is the top priority and what they need, .NET Core would be secondary.
•Experience with Performance tuning
