10+ Years of Experience in BFS domain
Strong functional understanding in Leverage Finance, secondary trading domain exposure.
Product Development: Ability to lead the new product development features on leverage finance, risk management and integration services.
Leadership: ability lead the team, providing direction to meet delivery timeline, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Loan IQ (Must have) and nCino working exposure is an added advantage.
