- Benchmark the ITSM(Information Technology Service Management ) maturity level against industry standards and best practices

- Align the ITSM strategy with the business vision and objectives

- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the ITSM processes and tools

- Prioritize the improvement initiatives based on the impact and feasibility

- Define the roadmap and action plan for achieving the desired ITSM outcomes
