Position Summary

  • The PMO Consultant will be responsible for providing governance oversight for a large portfolio of technology deliverables. 
  • The individual will advise and guide our change practitioners (primarily delivery leads and change coordinators) on the change management policy and standards. This will include permit oversight, inline QA interpretation and assistance, evidence and documentation review for quality, portfolio health guidance on quality commentary, data quality defect remediation, change management training, and metrics reporting. 
  • When defects or issues are identified, the PMO Consultant will work with the change practitioner to remediate. 
  • When not certain if documentation meets the standard, the PMO Consultant should escalate to a subject matter expert for decisioning. 
  • Ability to communicate across and up the organization is important. 
  • Must be able to work independently and will not hesitate to reach out for assistance from a peer team member when needed.

  • Willingness to be flexible with schedule as escalation cases sometime require more focus
