Act as the primary point of contact for PMO operational activities, supporting the Head of IT PMO in presenting progress performance to stakeholders.
Lead planning activities, including yearly planning, defining key results, and objectives, while ensuring the submission of status update reports and project documentation.
Translate PMO activities into meaningful insights for the broader organization, emphasizing strategic partnerships between IT and business units.
Take ownership of communication efforts, ensuring effective reporting and communication of performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with various teams to manage stakeholder engagement effectively, articulating business goals and outcomes.
Understand and articulate the concept of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and oversee their implementation within the PMO framework.
Adapt communication strategies to cater to different audiences, including middle management and executives, to effectively convey PMO successes and strategic contributions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within a large organization, preferably within a PMO or IT operations environment.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in planning, process improvement, and reporting within a PMO framework.
Familiarity with stakeholder management and engagement strategies, emphasizing business alignment and outcomes.
Proficiency in OKRs methodology and its application in driving organizational objectives.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
