  • Provide expert level troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve Postgres database related incidents across a wide array of technologies and platforms.
  • Responsible for participating in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Makes technical decisions during high priority incidents focused on impact remediation and communicates clearly to call participants and leadership
  • Perform updates/changes during maintenance windows
  • Understand current capacity issues and the capacity planning processes
  • Work with team to review change requests
  • Participate in software deployments
  • Assimilate organizational objectives into operational action plans
