Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs that will facilitate data-driven decision making
  • Create and own solutions from requirement gathering to implementation
  • Build ETL pipelines, datasets, and visualization tools in order to: identify and predict workforce trends; monitor KPIs; and assist with the development and implementation of workforce management and retention programs
  • Combine data from multiple sources into data models to meet the specific reporting and analysis needs of business leaders
  • Provide tools, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Enhance and automate existing processes to optimize data-delivery
  • Continuously monitor data in HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness through auditing
  • Support other strategic initiatives for advanced analytics as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on business intelligence
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL, including writing queries and/or stored procedures
  • Experience working with data in MS SQL Server or other relational database software
  • Experience working with human resources data a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask under pressure
