Hired a resource a few years ago FTE that helped them build dashboards, reports. When he left a year ago he was able to help on the side a few hours a month. BI/Dashboard work as well as rolling up a financial package and other accounting relates support. this persons availability is becoming limited and here is now more work to do.
Dashboards are getting out of date and now need new ones.
2 internal SQL databases where the data sits
Want new dashboards they can see daily ( cost, revenues, sales).
They were downloading the report, pivot tables. Very manual process
They use mostly Microsoft products, powerBi, SharePoint, etc
Needs to have exceptional communication skills
ideally someone who have a finance knowledge as well. Understanding Income statement, balance statement, etc
