Job Description 
100% REMOTE

In this position, the candidate will build and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into knowledge and provide insights via interactive and simple-to-understand dashboards and reports.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data and business analysis, along with analytical and communication skills. 
This position will work with key agency personnel on projects and will be assigned critical project tasks.

Requirements
•   In depth knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Visualizations and Story Telling.
•   Analyze data, provide suggestions and display data in reports using appropriate visuals from Power BI toolkit to aid decision-making.
•   Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timeline for job completion.
•    Microsoft technology stack experience (SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, SSAS, Azure data platform, Azure Data Factory, Etc.)
•   Experience with source control and process management tools such as MS DevOps.
•   Working knowledge of SOA-based architecture REST/SOAP. 
•   Exposure to an Agile Development Methodology would be beneficial.
•   Implement security in reports and dashboard.
•   Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance..
•   Candidate may be required to coordinate, schedule, organize and conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations, training and other work-related seminars
