Responsibilities will include supporting the creation of hardware and software configurations necessary to exercise integrated vehicle systems, including powertrain, in a test bench environment.
The role will include all phases of bench verification, from ordering parts and planning activity through assembling and configuring the bench.
An ability to use industry-standard tools to monitor and debug automotive systems is required.
Basic Skills:
FMEA concepts [Failure Mode and Effect Analysis].
CAN[Controller Area Network] Protocols.
Powertrain and/or Chassis ECU-related experience.
Electrical troubleshooting skills.
Simulation hardware experience.
Simulink modeling experience.
Basic Tools and Reporting: CANalyzer, Matlab, CANoe.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical or equivalent in a related field.
