Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions

The ideal candidate will also have significant experience with MicroStrategy, enabling them to contribute immediately to our BI initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights

Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy reports, documents, and dashboards

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs

Optimize data models and data transformation processes for efficient reporting

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all BI solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on Power BI

Proven experience with MicroStrategy, including report development and administration

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
