Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP and other products (CJA, Target, AJO)
  • Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms evolve, including leading development of playbooks and documentation for scaling solutions
  • Build out accelerators and features aimed to create more efficiencies leading to strong customer value realization and/or optimizations. 
  • Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmap advisory, feature exploration and development, and integration solutions and approaches
  • Partner with client service and business development to support pitches and follow-on client work
  • Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable, tailored CDP implementations
  • Present and articulate subject matter expertise through compelling client presentations
  • Scope estimates for RTCDP and CJA; collaborate on multi-solution and multi-platform solutioning and scoping
  • Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and hands-on labs
  • Provide deep domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, complemented by a wide-ranging knowledge base in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions
  • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy  
  • Strong consultative and client-facing skills 
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Tags (formerly called “Launch”) and AEP WebSDK implementation 
  • Working knowledge of the entire Adobe Experience Platform range of products (RTCDP, CJA, AJO, Mix Modeler) and related platforms (such as Target)
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure, such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, etc.
  • Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization
  • Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships 
  • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologies
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
