About the Role:

Job Title: Network Engineer

This resource will be supporting the enterprise environment on the service provider network engineering team.
Participating in Method of Procedure meetings and working within jira and remedy to troubleshoot ongoing project issues as well as taking tickets from the cue.
Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in network engineering
Troubleshooting experience 
Juniper and/or Nokia troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting enterprise environments
Jira experience

Expertise Required:
Deep understanding in MS Teams architecture
Deep troubleshooting skills with Teams
Designing & implementing services of Teams.
Teams deployment
3-5 years’ experience of supporting UC communication solutions such as Skype for Business/Teams
3-5 years’ experience of Voice, video, meeting solution, and supporting infrastructure
3-5 years’ experience supporting UC/AV hardware/MS Teams Room
General understanding on telephony and IP Voice communication
Understanding on LAN/WAN/IP technology
Understanding and application of security aspects of network and communication solutions
Experience in the enterprise customer arena 
Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills.
