Description

 Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our SMARTS platform and stay updated on the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Serve as a solution advisor with our clients, with a core focus on assisting the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities
  • Be the technical product expert for potential customers and the sales/marketing teams
  • Collaborate with sales team to address client inquiries, technical needs, and communicate capabilities and expectations for desired features within the product roadmap
  • Coordinate product feedback and feature requests with the development team
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Science
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a client or customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role for a SaaS company
  • Self-starter and excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with value selling or other solution selling methodologies
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in and communicating about modern SaaS technical solutions (Angular Frontend, .NET Backend and SQL/NoSQL databases)
  • Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and prospective clients
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients, partners, and within the team.
  • Willingness to travel
