Develop an in-depth understanding of our SMARTS platform and stay updated on the competitive landscape and market trends
Serve as a solution advisor with our clients, with a core focus on assisting the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities
Be the technical product expert for potential customers and the sales/marketing teams
Collaborate with sales team to address client inquiries, technical needs, and communicate capabilities and expectations for desired features within the product roadmap
Coordinate product feedback and feature requests with the development team
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Data Science
5+ years of relevant experience in a client or customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role for a SaaS company
Self-starter and excellent time management and prioritization skills
Experience with value selling or other solution selling methodologies
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience working in and communicating about modern SaaS technical solutions (Angular Frontend, .NET Backend and SQL/NoSQL databases)
Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and prospective clients
Ability to forge strong relationships with clients, partners, and within the team.
