Job Description:

As a Security Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing security consulting, technical advisory & define security solutions to a demand/opportunity. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Promote YASH’s Cybersecurity services, focus on activities to grow Cybersecurity business’s top line. Work with other peer sales groups and support them in deal closure initiatives.
  • Deal with inquiries and offer solutions related to GRC, Identity management, Endpoint security, Network security, Access Management, SOC/SIEM Solutions, Application security, Cloud security. (Expert in 2 areas is minimum preferred)
  • Understand customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions. Play active role in building responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP and proposal submissions. Participate in proposal defense sessions and offer technical support in winning the deals.
  • Lead customer presentations and conduct planning workshops, articulate the value proposition of YASH’s security solution(s), and service offerings.
  • Work with multiple security OEM and partner eco system to define/build solutions.
  • Innovation focus - Liaison with Center of Excellence and offer inputs to build modern service offerings to meet the market demands.
  • Keep abreast of latest cyber security technologies Industry best practices to provide guidance and design adequate controls and processes.

 

Experience:

Candidate with overall 12 years of experience or more with:

  • Client facing skills and ability to influence Client top leadership in Cyber Security strategy.
  • Good working experience in Managed security services market space and understand multiple commercial models.
  • Multiple industry vertical experience with solution mindset.
  • Good knowledge of security systems and applications with strong foundation in core areas of Cyber security.
  • Knowledge and practical application experience of information security best practices such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, SOC 1/2/3 Audits, NIST standards.
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership team internally and clients.
  • Attitude to learn and develop, maintain a record of continuous professional development.


 

Travel Requirements:

Willing to travel as work demands.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT-related field or equivalent
  • One or more certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC and other certifications in technology
  • Maintain security industry/community connect in the geography is a plus.
