Role: Pricing Executive

Job Timing: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Job Location: Hybrid- Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad


 

Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with the Delivery Team and identify new demands. Also, work on all project execution-related operational matters, including but not limited to invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, HWF/TWF/WF Management, etc

Execute processes to ensure SOWs, amendments, etc. are thorough and error-free

Review incoming contract /SOW review requests for completeness and accuracy

Work with other stakeholders including risk management, legal, Strategic sourcing, and various internal teams to ensure exceptions to the standard terms are thoroughly reviewed and approved before contract approval

Work with the sales team to document requirements for creating statements of works and PowerPoint presentations that meet our branding style, format, and color scheme
