Qualifications

Experience developing and implementing pricing strategy techniques and procedures to prepare profitable, winning pricing proposals and margin/deal sheets.
Demonstrating proven highly proficient ability in Microsoft Excel, capable of executing advanced.
Demonstrated prior success in cost proposal development, understanding and applying standards involving key attributes analysis of an RFP or RFQ or Projects and how the terms, conditions, requirements, evaluation approach, and factors impact pricing strategy.


Pricing Responsibilities

Project/RFPs/RFQs, contract requirements, special provisions and terms and conditions, to confirm pricing proposal compliance.
detailed pricing proposals and margin/deal sheets consistent with our pricing strategy. Must have in-depth knowledge of financial management basics, cost accounting, profitability analysis, standardized rate card creations, profound knowledge of technology market standard salaries and acceptable bill rates for the clients in the US & India markets.
cost proposal schedules, cost models and cost narratives based on client/project requirements using a range of estimating techniques.
techniques and pricing strategies associated with pricing various types of project contracting vehicles: Time and Material (T&M), Cost Reimbursable, and Fixed Price
staffing solution and/or prepare estimates for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
the operational viability and integrity of cost assumptions and developing more suitable cost assumptions, when applicable
entails working closely with Sales/Delivery team technical subject matter experts on a project-by-project basis to effectively facilitate the development and content for pricing solutions in response to complex requirements.
independently on proposals coordinating the resource estimating requirement to include estimating schedules and allocation of time
and reports on inconsistencies and identifies additional, potentially useful, resources to cost for later availability
complete Cost Proposals (including all sections of a full price volume) based on project requirements
major contract types: Fixed Price, Unit Pricing, Time and Materials, Cost-Plus, etc.
with internal teams to determine anticipated labor and overhead rates, equipment costs, and possible bid strategies


SOW Contracts:

the SOW creation process from intake to delivery
the appropriate resources to build SOW content and coordinate all necessary SOW reviews and approvals
processes to ensure SOWs, amendments, etc. written are thorough and error free.
incoming contract /SOW review requests for completeness and accuracy.
with other stakeholders including Delivery, Legal, Sourcing, and various internal teams to ensure exceptions to the standard terms are thoroughly reviewed and approved prior to contract approval
with the sales team to document requirements for creating statement of works and meet client format, and template
scope writing, as well as requests for SOW revisions
with tracking status of open contracts until signed
 

Education

Any Graduate
