Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Business Analysts to join an awesome Global Financial Services client. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management and business analysis, with a deep understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and experience leading global and cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide Agile teams on multiple implementation projects of varying sizes, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into executable steps.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage account analysis, and oversee cross-functional communication strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project progress, risks, and change control.
- Engage in talent management and facilitate the development of human resources within the project scope.
- Employ strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to consult and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Utilize key tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, TLM, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to drive project success.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience using TLM version 2.7 or higher.
- A minimum of 12+ years of combined experience in roles that contribute to expertise in project management.
- Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent projects in Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and related fields.
- Certified Scrum Master through SAFE or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Master of Business Administration in Financial Management or a related field.
- Experience with key areas such as Analytics, Data Analytics, Security, Talent Management, and Process Change Control
