Five (5+) years of experience in the Avionics/Aerospace field, specifically in embedded software development.
Experience in planning, designing
Executing verification testing across a range of software products including embedded software, applications, and integrated systems.
Knowledge of industry standards such as DO-187C and DO-330 process (or similar safety-critical software development guidelines) is essential, with proficiency in C#, C++, C, and Python preferred.
Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Git or similar tools (DEVOPS experience).
Experience in all phases of product development (full life cycle) in Software Engineering programs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Experience working with teams across multi-geographical locations and multiple disciplines.
Use data-driven quantitative analysis, including statistical tools, data modeling, and trend analysis, to inform decision-making. Identify patterns, predict outcomes, and select optimal solutions based on empirical evidence and logical reasoning.
Understanding of safety-critical systems and verification requirements.
Experience/knowledge with Agile development.
Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies.
