Roles/Responsibilities:

Conduct incident investigations; respond to escalations and high visibility issues.
Navigate scenarios that require problem-solving with limited information and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to resolve gaps.
Present information clearly as facts; use credible sources over assumptions when communicating, when confidence is not 100%, gaps are clearly communicated.
Escalate issues for direction or decision as necessary.


Skills/Profiles:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, information technology, data science, computer science, or another technical discipline.
1 year of work experience in incident response, incident investigations, privacy role, program management, or project management.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment with technical and non-technical people.

Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
