About the job
We are seeking a talented Privacy Program Coordinator with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in managing projects and programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Redesign workflow for document preparation.
Document and implement a new signal sharing process between Privacy Incident Management and Issue Management Module.
Document Formalized feedback loop on thematic issues.
Document internal escalation process.
Prepare QA report on the 2nd Line of Defense monitoring dashboard.
Governance and Oversight - Prepare process documentation and feedback on execution for external complaints program.
Track project progress and team communication.
Review and monitor privacy complaints tags ensuring privacy complaints are tagged and monitored appropriately.
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to management team.


Qualifications:

Early Career Experience: A strong background in project and program management, with a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects and programs.
Process Mapping Expertise: A deep understanding of process mapping and engineering, with the ability to analyze and improve existing processes.
Stakeholder Management: The ability to work effectively with complex stakeholders and management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Risk and Governance Acumen: Preferably have a strong understanding of risk and governance principles, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
Ideally experience in assisting in the maturation and execution of signal-sharing processes, including signal-sharing tagging and Quality Assurance (QA).
Process Documentation: Preferably with experience in documenting changes and updates made to signal-sharing tagging and QA processes, ensuring transparency and compliance.


Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
