Key Responsibilities:

Justification: Require architectural assistance to help mature the Bank's PAM (Privileged Access Management) roadmap and usage.
Influence the planning and execution of a strategic vision for rigorous and scalable solutions with a focus on creating measurable benchmarks, or KPIs, to show progress (or deficiencies requiring additional attention)
Collaborate with Identity Security Engineering and IAM to implement PAM solutions that align with access policies and processes.
Further develop or refine PAM and IAM standards, patterns, policies and procedures.
Research, validate and deploy solutions meeting security and business needs.
Drive security efficiencies, enabling security team members to work on more advanced tasks.
Possess a DevOps focus across technology and security architecture, automation, integration and distribution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
7+ years in Information Technology, with at least 3 years in a senior role directly leading IAM initiatives.
Experience in both cloud and on-premises IAM solutions
Working knowledge of governance frameworks such as NIST or ISO 17799
Extensive knowledge of Privileged Access Management (CyberArk Preferred), SSO, MFA, Active Directory (AD), public key infrastructure (PKI), and application program interface (API) capabilities.
CISSP (heavily preferred), CIAM, CCSP or other equivalent certification Or master’s degree in cyber security, related field.
Highly technical and analytical, with a proven deep background in IAM technology design, implementation and delivery.

Excellence in communicating business risk from cybersecurity issues.
