Job Description:
Maintain and communicate quality issues to suppliers; Work with suppliers to provide corrective actions

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with suppliers and production teams
* Track RMAs
* Support SDE on PPAP and QCLDM metrics
* Investigate and coordinate parts
* Interpret engineering drawings and schematic diagrams.
* Read manufacturing work instructions, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field
* 2+ year experience in manufacturing environment
* Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* Knowledge of quality tools (ex - Fishbone)
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Team player
* Understanding of PPAP
* Understanding of process resolution processes via 8D methodology
* Power BI experience, understanding of APQP (desired)
