Job Title: Process engineer senior/ Tableau/ Data analytics
Location: Virginia- Hybrid
Experience: 8+ years
"Open for W2 and C2C"
-Must have knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, AWS, Kibana and Splunk logs. The candidate will be exposed to these technologies every day. Must have excellent communication skills.
-Candidate must have experience with Log Analytics
-SQL is nice to have.
-This role will be customer facing (internal customers) and the candidate will have to interact with stakeholders.
-No coding or creating tickets is required, however candidates need to be tech savvy to understand both.
-Must be able to read logs (not create them) and understand them and come up with a process to remediate the vulnerability (Like Splunk logs for example).
-Be able to review SOP’s and dashboards (like Tableau) to determine the best process to move forward based on stakeholder needs.

Required Skills: Compliance & ServiceNow report, Jira, Data analytic skills & tech savvy. Financial industry experience is a plus
Soft Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, driven, strong organizational skill, problem solving, and creative individual

Experience with:
-Log Analysis, Security, Vulnerabilities and Compliance.
-Issue Management, Audit Liaison and Support Operational Risk Assessment.
Analysis based on the historical data to identify trends to recommend improvements.
-Define and develop quality standards, process improvements and support automation initiatives.
-Hands-on analysis on a large quantity of complicated data from many sources with significant variability to discover trends.
-Strong decision-making skills: problem solving, coupled with attention to detail.
