Education/Experience:

- BSc, work experience > 2-3 years and suitable additional education - or MSc

Accountabilities:

- Ensure efficient design methods and tools

- Manage variations from time schedule for the given task/scope

- Efficiency of engineering

- Ensure cost efficient end product

- Right quality and functionality of designed processes

- Fulfilment of stated requirements

Responsibilities and Tasks Main responsibilities:

- Harmonisation of design with other disciplines whenever necessary

- Inter and cross-discipline co-operation of engineering

- Ensure efficient design work with given tools

- Take responsibility for solving technical issues within own area

- Ensure re-use of existing solutions where applicable

- Ensure quality of own design

- Ensure fulfilment of directives, instructions and best practices

Main tasks:

- Perform Process design within given projects.

- Prepare Process documents within given projects.

Development responsibilities:

- To develop the way of working according to the Quality Management System and way of working guidelines.

- To develop competencies and way of working especially regarding design tools and methods
