Job Description:

  • Responsible for establishment and implementation of standard processes that ensure quality targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Lead, execute, and deliver improved business quality standard processes and results.
  • Execute projects that increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time, cost, and improve overall quality of execution.
  • Identify and secure resources, create plans, and execute scheduled deliverables.
  • Assess business performance, analyze business processes, evaluate gaps, identify process improvements, and recommend business solutions.
  • Provide resource requirements, prioritization and project recommendations.
  • Provide support and training to process owners.
  • Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including executive management, as needed.
  • Monitor performance and ensure successful implementation is controlled over time
