Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct process review or data analysis to support problem definition, measuring, root cause analysis, evaluating solutions and implement process changes for cost efficiency, productivity and service quality improvement 
Support business units to drive measurable improvements and deliver financial results by deploying Lean Six Sigma principles to assigned business problems 
Coach and mentor Yellow Belts and Green Belts projects on Lean Six Sigma principles and DMAIC framework 
Coordinate with different business units to keep track cost and benefits from process improvements initiatives. 
Catalyst for 'continuous improvements' consciousness 
Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

University Graduate with minimum 5-8 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance or financial institutions industry 
Proficient in understanding process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC and the ability to apply them. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Trained or Certified preferred 
Demonstrate a track record of Lean Six Sigma or DMAIC projects delivery / support with visibly benefits 
Experienced in supporting training, mentoring and coaching 
Self-motivated , active listener and is willing to give extra effort to get the job done 
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizing skills 
Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word etc

Education

Any Graduate
