Roles And Responsibilities:


 

· The process owner is a member of the team Excellence within Group Procurement responsible for defining, improving, and harmonizing processes. The process owner gathers process optimization suggestions from the business, prioritizes them, and drives the initiatives in close collaboration with the BA’s.

· Define the process and delivery of business needs.

1. Supplier Relationship Management Tool

4. P2P projects

· Coordinate the evaluation of the reporting and analytics concept and define next steps (Status quo overview)

· Centralize and prioritize optimization requests/opportunities from business and from Operational Buyers & Excellence in regard to system development and tool needs, prioritize them, and drive the projects (with direct communication to BAs if necessary)

· Decide and document changes in process documentation (buyer’s manual and guidelines, justification documents, etc.)

· Ensure the buyer’s guidelines are respected

· Establish and maintain compliance and governance

· Own the data related to procurement processes and adjacent reporting

· change and escalation management

· Coordinate the training management of external stakeholders (identify pitfalls and update in case of process changes)

· Lead the project management with business-driven tool implementations work with the Product Organization on sprint planning and ensure that Procurement business requirements are well represented


 

Skills:

· Profound knowledge of Procurement processes (P2P process)

· Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

· Stakeholder management: Can communicate effectively with many different stakeholders

· SAP MM (S/4HANA), SAP-Ariba (Sourcing, SAP Business Network)

· Microsoft apps (OneNote, MS Planner on Teams, Teams, etc.)

· Fiori

· Celonis

· Ticketing system (JIRA, HEAT)
