Product analyst specialist

Title: Product analyst specialist 
Location: hybrid -Virginia (Local candidates Only)

• Expert in writing user stories for agile product delivery • Can interface between business and technical teams • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Innovative thinker that can develop solutions based on captured business needs • Jira experience
8+ years of related experience
•    College degree or work equivalent experience
•    Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience participating in stand ups, retrospectives, demos and sprints
•    Proficiency in gathering project requirements and translating them into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria based on business driven functionality and technical capabilities
•    Ability to effectively communicate with business personnel to understand existing processes and define future processes
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong analytical and process design skills
•    Good understanding of User Experience (UX) patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile)
•    Experience collaborating with UX designers to build concept prototypes and mockups to drive development activities
•    Experience working with different stakeholders to identify their needs and translate those needs into product capabilities
•    Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools
