Job Description :
Benchmarks/Shade Lineups – select and show benchmarks and shade lineups to management, marketing and cross-functional partners live to ensure there are no color discrepancies that cannot be seen digitally
Season, Collab and Product Brainstorms – meet with teams to share/try products live – sending products back and forth by Uber or by mail is not possible as it’s costly and requires additional time spent
Color Matching for every project – multiple iterations during PD process require samples stored in office for comparison then to be shared with management and marketing for approval (shade approval, MPLs, PPAS, etc
•Sample Distribution/Presentation + Feedback Collection – expectation is that each product developer presents their projects in person to Brand President and SVP of Marketing
•Shipment Receiving from and Sending to Vendors
Position may include working with various business partners and internal clients to drive packaging artwork development, conducting artwork status meetings, budget tracking and other artwork management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong MS Office Suite skills, and comfort working in a fast paced environment.
