Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field or an MBA.
10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience in financial services - consulting, product management;
2+ years of Alternative Investments and Structured Products experience, ideally in a product management role
The ideal candidate has deep expertise and knowledge in the alternative investment fund industry, including the operational service aspects of alternatives, and across a wide range of product structures
