Description

We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Loyalty Product Manager to oversee both marketing and loyalty initiatives within our clients organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce, including promotions, campaigns, and "Service Cloud" applications, with experience in Mulesoft integration being advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess budgeting and cost-saving skills, along with familiarity with SQL. Additionally, experience with Aristocrats loyalty kiosk systems is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage promotions, campaigns, and applications within Salesforce

Integrate various applications into Salesforce, including loyalty systems

Develop and execute budget strategies for marketing and loyalty programs

Collaborate on technical integrations with POS, Slots, Apps, Salesforce, and Real Money Gaming platforms

Oversee enhancements and upgrades to loyalty systems, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms such as POS, hotel systems, and online enrollment

Facilitate customer engagement and targeting through loyalty programs

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support the successful implementation and maintenance of marketing and loyalty initiatives
