Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Operational Support and product support for the B360 enterprise tool capabilities.
• These roles will support B360 migrations e.g. Surrest, Optum Guide, UMR, USP, various other programs externally funded who utilize B360 Search e.g. Broker & Employer Portals.
• These roles will be an escalation point, responsible for issue management and requirements gathering/prioritization, communicator of new development and point of contact for scrum teams related to product enhancements.

Required:

• 3- 4 yrs Product Management experience, gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with IT team, documenting/socializing features.
• Stakeholder communications, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
• Experience in Agile Development Methodology
