Operational Support and product support for the B360 enterprise tool capabilities.
These roles will support B360 migrations e.g. Surrest, Optum Guide, UMR, USP, various other programs externally funded who utilize B360 Search e.g. Broker & Employer Portals.
These roles will be an escalation point, responsible for issue management and requirements gathering/prioritization, communicator of new development and point of contact for scrum teams related to product enhancements.
Required:
3- 4 yrs Product Management experience, gathering requirements, writing user stories, working with IT team, documenting/socializing features.
Stakeholder communications, identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
