Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager with at least one year of experience to lead our platform's development. You’ll help shape the product roadmap, gather user insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-centric experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience in product management.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Help define and manage the product roadmap to align with SFL’s goals.
Work on identifying and prioritizing features that address the needs of sports academies, parents, and players.
User Research and Insights:

Assist in conducting research to understand pain points and needs.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements that boost engagement.
Product Development:

Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to support the development of key features like performance insights, payment tracking, and communication tools.
Monitor the product development process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Data Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Support analytics efforts to track user behavior and product performance.
Help define and track metrics to evaluate product impact and success.
Stakeholder Management:

Communicate the product vision and gather feedback from partner academies and internal teams.
Collaborate with marketing to drive adoption and highlight key product benefits to users.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in product management, preferably in sports, ed-tech, or SaaS industries.
Basic understanding of user-centered design, product development, and project management.
Experience with data analytics or user research is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for sports and familiarity with India’s sports ecosystem is a bonus.
