  • Experience working with Payers/Health Insurance companies
  • Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare processes and specific industry standards, works with PO and Architects to help translate client requests to technical solutions
  • Ability to influence product roadmap and product feature selection.
  • Work closely with PO to document new features as stories to enhance the product. Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality capabilities is required. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce out of the box versus custom solutions
  • Prior experience as an Administrator is a plus

  Certifications Preferred: Salesforce Certified Admin and other relevant certifications
