Oracle NetSuite is looking for an outstanding tech-savvy and hard-working product manager to drive and manage components of our innovative SuiteCloud Platform and SuiteScript API.
As a Product Manager for this technical area, you will carry out a detailed understanding of SuiteCloud developers’ requirements and support defining roadmaps to deliver value to a vibrant global ecosystem of developers building customizations and applications using SuiteScript on the SuiteCloud platform. To succeed in this technical product role, you will draw upon your familiarity of cloud-based technologies, API design, and developer tools.
An ideal candidate will possess a balanced blend of technical and business insight, with extensive knowledge and experience from building sophisticated software solutions - from discovery to craft to implementation.
What you will do
Understand and represent the needs of current and future users. Execute NetSuite’s SuiteCloud strategy and multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes.
Build product backlogs and prioritize product investments by making inquisitive, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgment.
Collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, and User Experience to create customer value using modern Design Thinking, Discovery, and agile processes.
Connect with internal teams to advocate for developer success and ensure a great end-to-end experience for our users.
Qualifications and skills
Experience with building software, with some understanding of PM skills. Familiarity with Design Thinking, and agile practices is a plus.
Technical background including working experience with developer-focused APIs and SDKs. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.JS, CSS, front-end web frameworks such as React and Angular is desired.
Passion for understanding customer and developer needs and building products with a great user experience.
Ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.
Excellent communicator with good influencing skills who can work with global and multi-cultural teams.
Computer Science or similar degree or work experience.
