What you'll Do

Work closely with business partners and multiple teams to drive MarTech optimization projects to completion while achieving business goals and delivering positive customer experiences.

Work with a team of marketing operations experts, and program and change managers, to complete software migrations based on existing roadmaps and documented requirements.

Partner with sales, marketing, and web teams to understand current state and target state.

Establish relationships with our marketing users and be a subject matter expert that recommends solutions and can explain them.

Engage with IT and Web Development teams as required.

What you need to succeed

Proven experience in a marketing operations role with enterprise software migrations, Marketo migrations preferred.

3 or more years of experience working with Marketo Engage (within an administrative capacity) and CRM (Salesforce and Dynamics preferred)

Meticulous: thinking holistically about your initiatives impact on other processes and platforms

Great teammate with excellent communication skills: highly responsive to internal team members and key partners in the business; able to articulate technical issues.

Experience partnering with multiple teams to deliver project results in a fast-paced environment
