Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Product Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our ADP team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance ADP’s workforce management, payroll, and HR platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and integrate AI capabilities into our products, driving smarter, data-driven decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for integrating AI into ADP’s solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for payroll automation, HR analytics, workforce optimization, and client engagement.
AI Product Development
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop scalable AI models and algorithms.
Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies within existing ADP products and platforms.
Prioritize features that solve customer pain points and align with ADP’s business objectives.
Market Research and Insights
Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends and customer needs.
Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and clients to guide AI feature development.
Roadmap Management
Develop and maintain a product roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including updates and refinements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to align on product goals.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners to ensure alignment and support.
Performance Analysis
Define KPIs and success metrics for AI-driven products and features.
Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including work on AI-powered or data-driven products.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and applications in enterprise software.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile product management methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with payroll, HR, or workforce management software, preferably within ADP products.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and AI tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, TensorFlow).
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in HR and payroll domains.
