Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Procure-to-Pay process improvements, focusing on Workday supplier accounts, payment management, and bank partner integration.

Responsibilities:

- Develop product roadmap for Procure-to-Pay processes
- Collaborate with business partners and IT stakeholders
- Prioritize and translate requirements into user stories
- Manage delivery expectations and communicate with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with business processes and IT standards

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay process implementation
- Workday integration expertise
- Strong technical and business analysis skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience with supplier/employee settlement automation
- Knowledge of enterprise system implementations and solution architecture
- Project management certification
