Timely resolution of obstacles: Monitor task timelines closely, promptly addressing any issues with technical and product stakeholders.
Hands-On Engagement: Engage deeply with the Tech teams going into nitty gritty of execution and also communicating with business stakeholders on progress so far.
Global Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders across different locations, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
